1. The problem of aging

Some of the extruded profiles without aging treatment have gray patches or parts that cannot be colored after oxidation and coloring. The scrap rate is very high. It is an element of uneven microstructure, residual stress and other factors. So there is no good timeless treatment.

The temperature and time of aging treatment depend on the alloy type, alloy elements and the content of changes. If not selected properly, these parameters will also lead to differences in the structure and surface state of the alloy, thereby affecting the quality of oxidation coloring.

2. The problem of the mold

The surface finish of the mold directly affects the surface condition of the aluminum. The imported mold line is introduced early, and the product is smooth and shiny, and then the mold quality processed by this factory or outsourced will decline. In spinning, slotting, color oxidation coloring and gloss uneven thickness distribution are different. The poor quality of the domestic circuit of the mold is also one of the reasons that affects the overall quality.

3. Level problem
