In life, we can often see traces of aluminum profile rails, such as doors and windows, elevators, drawers, etc. Why are aluminum profile rails widely used?
1. Simplified production process. The simplification of the production process is mainly reflected in the ease of assembly, avoiding the multi-process processing of the iridium structure, and at the same time reducing the labor intensity of a large number of manually operated sheet metal, which not only improves production efficiency but also facilitates the use of automated production.
2. Reduce the weight of the equipment. The aluminum profile is light in weight, and the aluminum guide rail can greatly reduce the overall weight of the mechanical equipment.
