3. The thickness of the oxide film is thin. The national standard stipulates that the thickness of the aluminum oxide film of the building should not be less than 10um (micrometer). In the random inspection, some aluminum profiles without production name, site, production license, and certification have an oxide film thickness of only 2 to 4um, and some do not even have an oxide film. According to expert estimates, for every 1um reduction in oxide film thickness, each ton of profile can reduce the cost of electricity consumption by more than 150 yuan.

4. The chemical composition is unqualified. Aluminum profiles mixed with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum and scrap aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but it will lead to unsatisfactory chemical composition of building aluminum profiles, which seriously endangers the safety of construction projects.
